A Mission Springs Campus Champion is a volunteer who represents and promotes the mission, values, and opportunities of Mission Springs on their college campus.

Benefits: Mission Springs will provide you with selected merchandise to keep, offer experience in recruiting and marketing, and provide a reference from Mission Springs highlighting your good work. Potential recruitment bonuses depending on season and position.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a current student and in good standing with the college campus you are representing.
2. Must be able to serve in this position for at least one semester
3. Expert communicator with the ability to captivate an audience
4. Expert knowledge about the mission and culture of Mission Springs, Frontier Ranch, and/or Mission Springs Outdoor Education

General Responsibilities

1. Promotion: The Campus Champion will work to increase Mission Springs’ awareness, credibility, and visibility through multiple ways. Whether by providing Mission Springs information for distribution at your school, utilizing your network and word of mouth to share that information, occasionally wearing Mission Springs Merchandise on church grounds, and supporting Mission Springs staff with on-site visits and promotional booth staffing.
2. Conduct and Presence: Maintaining a standard of stewardship, professionalism, and conduct of a representative as Mission Springs inside and outside your school grounds.
3. Sharing any Mission Springs social media recruitment postings related to Frontier Ranch, and/or Outdoor Education.

A Mission Springs Church Envoy serves as a volunteer who represents and promotes the mission, values, and opportunities of Mission Springs with the goal of increasing its awareness among the members of your church.

Benefits: Receive selected Mission Springs Merchandise, gain experience in recruiting and marketing, enjoy a 25% discount rate for attending any agreed-upon Mission Springs retreat, and receive a complimentary weekend stay at Mission Springs when available (meals not included).
