Women’s Conference

At Mission Springs, we deeply value the unique voices and perspectives that each woman brings to our faith community. This special weekend is designed to be a transformative experience, offering countless opportunities to connect with other women from diverse backgrounds and life journeys.

Throughout the women’s conference, you’ll find space to listen to inspiring stories and share your own, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual understanding. Our sessions and activities are crafted to provide encouragement, fellowship, and the chance to build rich, lasting memories.

Whether through heartfelt conversations, uplifting worship, or moments of quiet reflection in nature’s beauty, our goal is for you to leave Mission Springs with a renewed sense of God’s love and a clear purpose to love others. Join us for a weekend that promises to refresh your spirit, deepen your faith, and strengthen your connections with fellow women.

This fall’s theme, “Teach Us to Pray”, is centered on the Lord’s Prayer. Together, we will slow down and reflect on each phrase Jesus taught, discovering what it means to trust our Father, seek His kingdom, depend on His provision, and walk in forgiveness and surrender. This theme calls us not just to learn about prayer, but to be transformed by it. Through worship, teaching, and community, we will be renewed in our desire to pray boldly and live rooted in His presence.

  • Speakers/Worship

    Valerie Webb

Valerie is a dedicated staff pastor at Twin Lakes Church in Aptos, California. With a passion for outreach, missions, and adult education, Valerie plays a crucial role in
fostering community engagement and spiritual growth within the church. Her commitment to serving others and her extensive experience in ministry have made her a valued leader at Twin Lakes Church for over 30 years.

    Katy Langley Colen

Katy is passionate about making the message of the Bible accessible to all. A powerful speaker with a dry sense of humor, Katy is a cultural translator who can tie together timeless truth, Christian tradition, and modern daily life. (Spoiler alert: every talk is about the resurrected Christ.)

Katy makes her home in California with the love of her life, Jeff. A true foodie, if you see a far-off look in her eyes, she’s probably thinking about her favorite meals. When not eating, she’s likely enjoying a book, a stand-up comedy show, or an album of music.

Katy’s vocational resume includes 10+ years of pastoral local church leadership. An avid learner, Katy has a Master of Arts in Christian Formation from North Park Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in New Testament Studies from Houston Christian University.
