General Responsibilities:   

1. Provide a safe atmosphere in and around the pool.   

1. Prevent drownings and other injuries from occurring by eliminating hazardous situations or behaviors.   

1. Maintain and clean the pool, deck area, and restrooms.   

1. Serve as cashier in the pool snack bar when not assigned to supervise the pool.  

1. Enforce pool policies and communicate effectively why policies are in place.  

1. Wear proper uniform at all times when on duty consisting of: provided T-shirt, personal shorts.   

1. Contribute in a positive manner to the team culture of Mission Springs.  

1. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Mission Springs Food Service Team Member helps maintain a clean dining room, clean kitchen, and a friendly atmosphere for our guests. This position is responsible for helping our guests with questions and helping to assist in setting up the buffet lines.

General Responsibilities:   

1. Work as a team with the rest of the food service department.  

1.  Monitor the lines during meal times to ensure there is enough food to be served to the guests, communicate with the team and guests.  

1. Help reset the dining room after meals by washing down tables, vacuuming, etc.   

1. Wash dishes, take out trash, sort dirty linens, etc.

Position Summary: The primary responsibility of the Housekeeping Team Member is to ensure guest rooms and restrooms are clean and comfortable while following safety protocols.

General Responsibilities:  

1. Work on daily assigned tasks and ensure they are completed.  

1. Daily tasks may include but not limited to: Backpack blowing; empty trash and recycling; minor fix-it’s; plunging toilets; general grounds care; painting; sanitizing; plumbing.  

1. Support the Maintenance Team with any projects such as repairs, remodels, etc.

This position’s main responsibility is hosting Guest Groups.  Hosts provide great customer service to our Guest Groups, ensuring their needs are met, including cleaning and setting up meeting rooms.
