PSWC Fall Youth Retreat

Registration is now open for the 2025 PSWC Fall Youth Retreats at Mission Springs!

Join us at Mission Springs for the PSWC Fall Youth Retreat, where junior high and high school students from across the Pacific Southwest Conference come together for two unforgettable weekends of fun, fellowship, and spiritual growth. Nestled in the scenic Santa Cruz Mountains, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to connect with peers, engage in exciting activities, and deepen your faith. Whether you’re looking to make new friends, enjoy the great outdoors, or take a break from the everyday hustle, the PSWC Fall Youth Retreat is the perfect place to renew, revive, and refocus. We can’t wait to welcome you!

New to PSWC Retreats?

We’d love to connect with you! If you’ve never brought a group before or just have a few questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to answer questions, share what to expect, and help you get started.

Let’s make this fall one to remember!

Middle School - Oct 17-19

High School - Oct 24-26

  • Meals

If you have food allergies, please be sure to list them on the food allergy form during registration.

In rare circumstances, an individual may need to bring additional food with them to camp, and a refrigerator is made available for your use.

  • Housing

We work with each Youth Group to determine the best housing option for each church. Sometimes multiple churches will share a cabin, and we’ll do our best to let you know that ahead of time. The final numbers from each church determine our housing assignments, and we don’t typically know exactly where each church will be until the week of camp.

Cabins are equipped with bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and showers. Pillow, sheets, blanket and towel are provided.

  • Safety

We program with safety in mind.  Each Youth Group receives the location of area hospitals with their address in case a student needs to be seen by a doctor or a visit to the Emergency Room is needed. All student medication is to be collected by the Youth Pastor prior to the start of camp. We provide simple band-aids and cold packs during the event.

  • Packing List
    • Clothes for three days
    • Shampoo & Soap, Toiletries
    • Water Bottle
    • Backpack
    • Board Games
    • Sports Equipment
    • Snacks to share
    • Bible, Pen, and Journal
    • Shoes to run around in
  • Weather

It’s the Fall Retreat, not a Winter Camp, so we don’t predict terrible weather. However, you never know what the weather is going to do, so pay attention to the weather forecasts the week of your Fall Retreat. Mountain Weather can be different and change suddenly.

  • Cell Phones and WiFi

Depending on your service provider, you may have a great signal or you might have no coverage at all. We encourage our students to disconnect from their devices and screens while we’re together but we know that their phones are also their cameras.

There is limited guest WiFi for general use. Hopefully, you won’t need to be online during the weekend we’re together at Mission Springs. The WiFi is good enough to check email and maybe do a Zoom Call but we try to stay off the WiFi.
