PSWC Youth & Children Leaders

PSWC Youth & Children Leaders at Mission Springs is a dynamic and refreshing gathering designed specifically for youth and children’s pastors, leaders, and volunteers across the Pacific Southwest Conference. Nestled in the redwoods of the Santa Cruz Mountains, this event offers a unique opportunity to step away from the busyness of ministry and reconnect with God, with others in youth ministry, and with the calling that brought you here. Through inspiring sessions, meaningful conversations, and plenty of space to rest and recharge, PSWC Youth Workers is more than just a retreat—it’s a community of encouragement and renewal.

    Registration includes – 2 Nights – 3 Days – 6 Meals. You will be staying in our newly renovated Laurel Lodge. Linens and Towels are provided.

  • What to Expect
    • CONNECTION – Each day will have opportunities for fellowship with your fellow pastors/leaders! If you’ve been wanting to build community, this is the place for you!
    • FUN – This retreat will have planned and unplanned opportunities to unwind and enjoy the beauty of God’s creation!
    • REST – Nothing on this retreat is obligatory! Sleep in, get coffee with a new friends, or go for a walk! Do what you need to do to rejuvenate. We know ministry is FILLED this season. Our prayer is that this retreat would be a place for YOU.
    • RESOURCE – We have very intentionally brought incredibly gifted leaders to the table to pour into each and every one of you! Whether it’s at our worship sessions, our affinity group meals, or meet and greets, you will have opportunities to touch base with our speakers, to connect, learn, and ask questions!
