A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another. – John 13:34-35

    Speakers

    Sara Bentley-

Sara serves as the Vintage Faith Church Co-Lead Pastor/Mission, Teaching and Adult Ministries.

Sara is a graduate of the University of California, Davis (BS in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior) and Fuller Theological Seminary (Masters of Divinity).

While Sara initially planned to attend medical school after completing undergraduate education, God rerouted her towards seminary during her senior year of college—giving her a specific desire to help “heal souls, not just physical bodies”. She is passionate about people understanding the Bible and discovering how God has uniquely gifted and called them to live on mission.

Sara is married to Jeremy, has two sons, and loves traveling with her husband, adventuring with her boys, walking in the redwoods or at the beach, speaking at conferences, writing, and singing. In her free time, you’ll catch Sara sitting with a good friend, a cup of coffee (or better yet, chai latte) and a piece of dark chocolate in her hands, diving into the deep spaces of life and musing at how—by grace—we are all a beautiful work in progress.

    Jono Shaffer-

Jono is the Pastor of Adult Ministry at OceanHills Covenant Church in Santa Barbara, California. Jono holds a degree from Fuller Seminary and is dedicated to fostering spiritual growth and connection among the adult members of the congregation.

Jono is married to Erin, and together they have three children: Nathan, Kyle, and Kiera. He is passionate about tennis, enjoys spending time in the mountains, and values deep friendships. His teachings often emphasize the importance of service, reflection, and living out the way of Jesus in everyday life.

    Worship

    Chris Gothold-
