I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Leon, Guanajuato (Mexico) in a small family of ten and me the youngest of all. I moved to San Jose, California in 1985 after I finished high school. I began working in the food service industry because I loved food. I began working at Mission Springs in 1996 as a cook, then as a manager, and today as the Food Service Director. Over the years, I have continued my education in cooking, purchasing, and bookkeeping. I am married to my beautiful wife, Adriana. We have three boys (Esau-b.1991, Salvador-b.1992, and Gerardo-b.2003). I love my family and I thank God for them. I love Mission Springs and I thank God I can serve in a ministry like this one. It is a great place to raise a family. | ||
