As a summer staffer at Mission Springs you can either serve the hundreds of guests that come each week to our Conference Center or you can serve the hundreds of kids that come to our Youth Camp, Frontier Ranch. Either way, whether you are serving as a camp counselor, a kitchen worker, on leadership staff or cleaning bathrooms, your chance to do SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOU, being part of a deep community for the summer is just a click away.
