How to Apply:

1. Pray that God would give you direction as you apply.
2. Complete an application (online or download a printable copy) after looking over the job descriptions (Conference Center and Frontier Ranch) listing your top three job choices.
3. Download the reference forms and encourage your references to mail or fax (831-335-7726) them to us promptly.  Reference forms should be mailed or faxed directly from the reference person to Mission Springs.
4. Arrange an interview with one of our staff and check on the status of your application by calling 831-335-9133.  We prefer face-to-face interviews if at all possible.
